(“Heartcore”), and comply with laws and regulations regarding the protection of individual rights and personal information. Heartcore will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, national guidelines, and other standards related to personal information protection.
Reasonable safety measures will be implemented to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, with continuous improvements according to business conditions.
Complaints and consultations regarding personal information handling will be responded to promptly, sincerely, and appropriately.
The personal information protection management system will be regularly reviewed and improved to reflect environmental or business changes.
